Running, Spin Cycle, and Musical Theatre

Bob’s passions span a colorful spectrum. First up: running. But not just any running—personalized coaching for runners, from novices to marathon veterans. His program, aptly named “Run Bob Run,” tailors training plans for distances ranging from 5Ks to full marathons. Imagine the wind in your hair and Bob’s encouraging voice in your ear—what a combo!

And then there’s spin cycle—those high-energy indoor cycling classes that leave you both breathless and exhilarated. Bob thrives on the rhythm of the pedals and the collective energy of the room.

But wait, there’s more! Bob moonlights as a performer in musical theatre. Picture him belting out show tunes under the spotlight. Who knew business development and Broadway could coexist?

ABA: Where Connections Blossom

Bob’s ABA journey began in 2005. At that first meeting, he sensed something unique—a community where business development wasn’t just about transactions. It was about quality people, genuine connections, and shared success. That day, he made a decision that would shape his path.

Fast-forward to 2017. Bob faced a pivotal moment: an opportunity to facilitate his own council. Initially hesitant, he soon pivoted and said yes. And guess what? Another great decision. As a coach by nature, Bob guides ABA members through the intricacies of business development. When you hear someone say, “Like Bob said…,” you know the game is on!

And remember, when Bob speaks, it’s not just advice—it’s a “chorus” of possibilities.
